COVID-19 Current Visiting Our Spa Guidelines

 

As we moved towards the "New Normal" Please following our new short guidelines before entering the spa.

​

• Reschedule/cancel your appointment If you have fever, chills, cough or other flu symptoms.

​

• Our lobby is closed at this time due to the coronavirus outbreak.

  • New clients - please arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes to fill out the intake form. 

  • Existing clients - please arrive at least 3 - 5 minutes and you will be escorted directly to a treatment room.

  • Preventing the spread - only clients with appointment are allowed inside.

• Until further notice, all clients have to wear a mask or any other form of facial covering upon entering the spa.

​

• We are limited the maximum time of services, no more than 1 hour.​​

​

• Please sanitize hands before entering your treatment room.

​

• Couples Massage - to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, we done in separate room at this time.

​

• For extra sanitation precautions, all heat pads have been removed from treatment rooms at this time but we are still provide the heaters if need.

​

• We will minimize  some massage that direct face-to-face contact with clients.

​

Our spa are cleaned and disinfected everyday using hospital-grade disinfectants and during this period we have increased our cleaning protocols to thoroughly disinfect all high-touch areas every hour. 

​

We continue to monitor this situation closely and will provide updates as they become available to best protect our team and clients.
